The following document details the terms and conditions of Ardmore Nissan One to One Rewards Program.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

?Upon receipt of the membership card/key tags (the "Card"), member agrees to be bound by the program rules, terms and conditions. Our rewards program members will receive incentive points for every dollar spent on parts & services and up to $250 on a vehicle purchase. These points are only redeemable at Ardmore Nissan.

?HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

?1 Reward Point = 1 Reward Dollar? ~? Maximum reward redemption per transaction is $300.

?All members must be 18 years of age to participate. Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases of products/services at?Ardmore Nissan. Qualified purchases include service repairs,?maintenance, and retail parts/accessories purchased through the service department.? Points are earned on customer pay transactions only, warranty repairs do not apply. When redeeming points earned from a previous service invoice, you will not be able to use any other discounts or coupons at that transaction. No exceptions.

?WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

?With every dollar you spend in our service department, we will apply 5% of the total invoice (less tax) to your member card in the form of reward points for your next visit. When you sign up for this program with our dealership, you receive reward points valued at $250 towards your next purchase of a new or used vehicle. You will also receive $25 in reward points for your next customer pay service appointment. No need to use all your rewards at once, use some now and save some for your next visit. This is at no cost to you. Simply present your card to our cashier when you pick up your vehicle and we'll take care of the rest.

?RULES OF PROGRAM AND TERMINATION

??Incentive points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any purchase you need to return for, at which time you used reward points for that purchase, you can not return for cash. Awards points will expire within 36 months of membership sign up. If you would like to keep your membership card after 3 years, please let us know when your card is going to expire so we can transfer your savings to a new card. Reward cards can have one name on the account and be used by any vehicle owner in your household. Points accumulated and preloaded will be shared by household under the same account number on card. You will not accumulate points from purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. However, you do receive $250?towards the?purchase of a new or?pre-owned vehicle, just for signing up. Membership and points cannot be sold, bartered, brokered or transferred to another account for any reason including death or domestic matters.

?Ardmore Nissan may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Nissan One to One Rewards Program - including but not limited to: the methods through which incentive points can be earned, how the program can be used, the value of the earned points, at any time without notice, even though these changes may effect the members ability to use points that have already been earned. The program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such?time that?Ardmore?Nissan may terminate the program, without notice given. We as a dealership, have the right to refuse any customer a membership card at?Ardmore?Nissan.

?ONLINE SHOPPING REWARDS=REWARDS PLUS

?Rewards Plus points that members earn by shopping online?are available for use in the One to One Rewards program approximately 30-45 days after sale.
